Bring the bath back - Seacliff Salts
Product Information:
Every day we are exposed to different environmental pollutants both internally and externally.  The essential minerals that occur naturally in our bodies are lost throughout the day through normal activity and exercise. Adding a handful of salts to your bath will help replenish these minerals while nourishing your skin.

However, if you are physically or mentally drained you may want to double or even triple the amount of salts used in a bath. When using a larger amount of salts we suggest staying in the tub at least 30 minutes, pat dry and lay down for another 30 minutes or more, depending on how you are feeling.

Directions for salt use:
Fill tub so it is a couple inches high, turn off water and add salts, let sit at least 10 minutes to dissolve. Time will depend on how many salts you have placed in the water.  Now fill the tub the rest of the way with warm water. I know this will be hard for some of you.  Trust me, I am a hot bath girl myself.  However in a hot bath you will be excreting salt instead of absorbing it.  I like to start it a little on the warmer side then let it cool off over the 30 minutes while I am bathing.  Okay, now how many of you are saying "30 minutes really?  What do you do for 30 minutes in a bath?  I can't sit still that long.  How boring!"  Yes. I have heard all of this, even from my best friend.  However I promise you it will be worth it. Some times I bring all the catalogs I receive in the mail and never have time to look at or a good book.  But over half the time after 5 or 10 minutes I am so relaxed that I put my reading material down and start meditating or daydreaming.
